Default foose rims

Anyone than bought foose "nitrous" rims notice that there were two holes for the valve stems????
If so why?

I have Foose Nitrous 20's and the reason some have the two valve stems is that some vehicles have the tire pressure monitoring system, and hence they need a secondary stem for that reason.

If your running 20s does it affect your turning radius? Also does the 20s fill the wheel well, so you dont need to lower?
