Default Small Scratches

How can i fix small door sill scratches from girlfriends heels there are 3 half inch to one inch scratches

A good detail shop can easily remove them. If they are deep 2500g paper then hand/machine polish and will be better than new. Highly recommend top notch detail shop over "do it yourself". Won't be expensive and you may have some other minor scratches and swirl marks that can be taken care of all in one visit.

Buy some new polished sills from Ford Racing... Then have the %*&% ditch the shoes

We could really use a photo with your question.
Do you have the plain sills or the metal insert?
I never peeled the plastic off the passsenger's side metal sill. If it ever gets screwed up then I'll take it off and ad the black insert lettering to where it says "Mustang"

Autozone, has a product called "SCRATCH OUT", it works very well, less aggresive than rubbing compound. It may take 2-3 applications, but should do the job. Then, follow up if needed with the color filling wax, if they are deep scratches.
