Nokya Bulbs, Fogs?

RE: Nokya Bulbs, Fogs?
I've posted this before.
I have the Nokya H13's...they SUCK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The are blue yes, but they don't give off nearly as much light as the stockers and I got the "high wattage" BS.
THEY ARE MUCH DIMMER THAN STOCK. I took them out after one day. They've been sitting in my garage since last summer I just haven't gotten around to throwing them out yet.
The H10's however i also have and am happy with them. They are a little brighter than stock and give off a nice white light. They are a little buish when veiwed from the front and are a nice contrast from the low beams' yellow color. I have no issues of anything melting on my car as some others have mentioned. They have been in since last august but my car was not driven in the winter.
If you don't spend the money for a quality HID set of low beams don't bother with anything else. Sylvania unfortunately has no plans on making an H13.

RE: Nokya Bulbs, Fogs?
They will melt your fog lights and the metal cage around the bulb will fall into the lamp housing. The stock Ford bulb seems to be unique in that it is longer than the aftermarket ones, even those said to fit perfectly. Trust me, I know!!

RE: Nokya Bulbs, Fogs?
I agree... the Nokya's aren't brighter... just whiter. And I didn't believe the foglight bulbs would hurt anything either... until I walked outside the other day after a 2 hour trip the night before and saw that the metal thingy had melted off and was laying down in the bottom of one of my foglight housings and the other hanging halfway off. I still like the look of the light, but don't think it's worth screwing up the housings.
