Per popular consenses the 3V heads are the best to date. The CFM on the 4V heads are better but the 3V head Flow air straight to the combustion chamber so we don't need big numbers. Instead of adding 100 hp maybe they should drop weight where it counts and do with another 50-70hp. Maybe they should follow the Saleen 302 that just came out.
I agree. Shedding a bit more weight would be nice..........but I dunno where they are gonna get it from. Unless they do fiberglass body panels like GM did with the F-bodies (shudders).

I also like the idea of the return of the 302. And there's no doubting that prospective GT buyers would pony up some extra $$$ just for an option to make their stang look like this (minus the huge numbers, of course):

Well look at stuff like the driveshaft, K-member, LCAs, Lighter wheels, thing that we replace with lighter aftermarket versions. A lot of little stuff can add up. But the thing is to do it were it matters(suspension and drivetrain). I'd pay the extra money just to have that much more performance. And I don't know why they wouldn't do it but maybe they could put the battery in the trunk, preffable on right. That would help with the weight distribution. Replacing the spare with a bottle of Fix-a-flat is something I'm going to do but I just gotta hope I don't have a blow-out.
