The judge will ask you why you didn't slow down to get behind the busses. So, not being bright enough to slow down is not a requirement of a job?

 

Well there were alot of buses, atleast 10 or so, all around me, the only way i really could of gotten around them is by passing them. I guess you have a point but still, they were all around me which was making me nervous

You are screwed, just pay the ticket and be a man. Do defered judication or whatever its called and the ticket wont even be reported to the insurance.

 

Nope. It's between you and the radar. Take it as a wake up call and drive responsibly from now on. Nobody is as good a driver as they think they are. The judge will probably think you were just showing off to the kids on the bus and really hammer you. One thing to bear in mind is that if you take it to court, the judge can increase the fine and tack on court costs in most jurisdictions.

was a 63 in a 45.....

pay the ticket and move on with life....

Its not like i'm really all that mad, just that i have restart my waiting period for my full license lol and that i have 2 points my license

I don't get what happened. There were a buses eveywhere, got that, there was a cop.. okay got that. How'd the cop clock you with buses eveywhere? Was he just standing on the side of the street and jumped out in front of you? I can't make a complete picture of what happened...

Either way, school buses and speeding. I'm pretty sure the state of CA would eat you alive for that. [&:]
