In my state on a junior license, you would get a 30 day suspension.

ORIGINAL: SPARTAN VI

I don't get what happened. There were a buses eveywhere, got that, there was a cop.. okay got that. How'd the cop clock you with buses eveywhere? Was he just standing on the side of the street and jumped out in front of you? I can't make a complete picture of what happened...

Either way, school buses and speeding. I'm pretty sure the state of CA would eat you alive for that. [&:]
I honestly dont know how she got me, she had a radar set up when she had me pull in behind her car. Yes she jumped out infront of my car while iwas doing 50 lol so i was like ok..... He was on the side where most of the buses were blocking me, i have no idea how she got me

Could have been laser. They pinpoint exactly which car it was. The cop who pulled you over may have been the pursuit team. You may have been tagged before you got to the buses. In either case you're owned. Drop a check or money order in the mail, move on and learn from it.

Sorry about your ticket, but feel thankful you didn't learn the "hard way." Yes, some cops are a-holes, but a majority of them out there are doing what is in the best interest of you and the drivers / pedestrians around you. The ticket stings a bit (I got tagged by a red light camera in LA to the tune of $400 two months ago, so there you go), but look at the big picture: You're lucky you didn't nail a kid crossing the street from behind one of those busses going 52 mph -- then you'd be worried about a lot more than a ticket and a couple of points.

Take responisibility for the fact that you were speeding and got caught. Don't blame it on the officer, or the laser, or the fact that you were speeding because you had the runs. Just pay it, and be done with it.

Your screwed, pay it and move on, watch the speed, hard to do in such a nice car that is built for speed.
