ENGINE COMPARTMENT NOT PAINTED - UPDATE
It's legit. The Sales Mgr that sold it to me seems puzzled, but willing to help. Why would I post if it wasn't legit??

Black07CS - if your post is legit - my advice is to definitely hold Ford's feet to the fire and get a new vehicle from them. Your vehicle is odd (to say the least) and you will get slaughtered in resale value at some point. Good luck.

That has lemon law ALL OVER IT... sorry but that is JMO...

The photo's don't really help. Looks like it could have been a mineral grey that got hit, and then they fudged around and made it a GT/CS?
I think you need to do a CarFax on it just to check and then make the dealer reimburse you.
If it left the factory that way then force the dealer to get Ford to replace it.
I guess this teaches us all a valuable lesson- when you buy a car get that window sticker, verify the VIN# then go through the car and make sure you have everything you are supposed to have. If something looks weird ask!
