No speed control. Sorry.
You are right, I spoke with the Pioneer Tech and he confirmed it. The Z2 will have this option.

Does anyone have the Factory unit in their ride yet? The AVIC Z1 seems to be the one with more bells and whistles but I do like the fact of the 3 yr warranty on the factory unit. Does anyone know what Pioneer model number it is or where there is a owners manual for the unit so I can make my own evaluation based on MY needs...

I got a 5 year warranty on my Z1...3 from Pioneer, and 2 from my retailer[8D]. Its a win win.

Thats great Jay, another point for the Z1. Since I dont have much use for the DVD portion I would still like to get details on the factory one. I usually only keep cars a couple years and there nothing like having it just like it came from the factory in a resale....still want details of the factory unit, the Z1 is well documented on the pioneer website.

man, you mean I haven't wooed you into loving the Z1 yet??? lol... oh and since you only keep cars a couple of years thats even better. Just take it out and put it in the new one. IF the 2009 is something I can't resist, I'll take out my Z1 and slap it in the new car.

Jay :: No doubt that the Z1 is "top of the line" but all I have to compare it to is a internet pic.[sm=smiley21.gif]
