They can't force that. The only time they push used or aftermarket parts is when the repairs are very close to the total limit. It doesn't sound like yours is anywhere near the amount. Tell the insurance you won't accept it. When I get home I'll try to post up a form we give to our customers that explains what the insurance can and can't do. Just like they can't force you to get 3 estimates, and they can't force you to go to a shop that they choose, which is illegal.

but speaking of different...how do you guys think the cervinis eleanor hood would look with the roush front bumper???

and i love that cowlhood also...but my dad hates it (says its to wide)...do you know where there are any better pictures of it...i have looked but came up with nothing???

I havent been able to find any other pics of that Cervini 2.5" hood.....maybe you can contact Cervini direct and see if they can send you some differentangle shots of the hood.......maybe if your dad sees some morepics at other angleshe wont think its that bad..................I just think that hood makes our cars look like a beast!!!!!

Take your car to a shop that will tell the insurance company they can't find any referb or aftermarket parts for your car. They tried that when some guy hit my volvo and my body shop put an end to that.
