I have never used Klasse and maybe the combo just doesn't give the results you are looking for. Also instead of the 3rd step in the deep crystal system try using multiple coats of Meguiar's Liquid Gold class in thin coats (less is more) and I think you will be pleasantly surprised! Hey if you lived near me I would spend the 8-12 hours I do to the paint each spring and prove it to you for free! (Honestly) Check the gallery as the pics show the shine better than my sig pic but in person my car gets so many compliments on the finish it brings a smile to my face. I have had dark colored cars most my life and the deep crystal system (steps 1 and 2) followed with multiple layers of Liquid Gold Class (thin layers) works every time. The only thing that varies from car to car for me is whether or not I use my Porter Cable. Also the only bad thing I can say is the Gold Class doesn't last long maybe 3months and you just need to repeat a coat of wax and you are set! The Gold class is pure carnuba with polymers designed for darker colored cars. Hope it helps Jay

I must be doing something wrong. I have a garage full of Meguiar's products including paint cleaner, polish, scratchx and step 3. My usual routine is a Spring coat of Klasse All in One then Klasse Glaze next day. I then apply multiple coats of Step 3 carnauba wax throughout the season. I don't wash very often, just detail spray & wipe. Car is in storage over winter and in garage, no rain, 8,500 orig miles.

I use a random orbit polisher for Klasse but wax on/off carnauba by hand.

I think I will. I have the cleaner wax (step 1) already so that will be tonight. Saturday for the Step 2 polish and Sunday for the Liquid Gold. Can I double up any of these products to squeeze and extra coat in or do I need to wait a day between each?

Thanks!

I used a Scotch-Irish wax (Meguiars) and try to stay away from Polish waxes.

For those of you with vinyl stripes on your cars, do you wax the stripes too?
That would be a big NO! Just was them and dry them off, avoid getting wax on them. I really like the NXT products, but I must admit, when what I have runs out, I'm gonna try something fancy(Poor Boy's, p21s, etc.) to see the results........
I waxed mine, and now I'm sorry. What's the best way to remove the wax from them?

I have matte stripes. Anyone used Mothers Back to Black on their matte stripes? Does it work well?

WOW not one person uses Zaino.
[sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif] I do. I LOVE IT!! I used Meguire's for years before a friend turned me on to Zaino. I won't use anything else. It's easy to apply and easy to remove. The depth of shine that it leaves is amazing. I use everything from their car wash to tire dressing.

Use a claybar, or when you wash the car, use Dawn dishwashing detergent. Dawn will strip off the wax from the car. HOWEVER!!! It will remove ALL of the wax you've put on the car, so be prepared to do a good polish/wax after you do that.
