AS said as long as there hubcentric. (have the central collar) should be no issue. Rally cars run the same thing. As with everything especially cars you get what you pay for the same with spacers. Buy cheap spacers expect problems buy good spacers expect greater handling results. Moving the vehcile track out aq few mm on either side can give much better results than you would think. I know one of the stock from factory cars here uses spacers to push the wheels out 5mm each side and its sold as an option upgrade along with uprated shocks and springs. As long as there decent spacers should be no problems unless there bloody huge spacers then they put more strain on the suspension system and can cause quicker failures. I tend to advise not to go bigger than 5mm on spacers.
