Default Anyone have experience with federal tires?

I came across them by searching for 255/55/17 tires for the back of my car. They make the sizes I need in a high performance tire, but they are made in Taiwan. Prices are cheap like Kumho tires, which i've used in the past with good results.

I had never heard of them until now.

The choices for a 28 inch tall tire in 17 inch is pretty slim.

Well i've been searching with google for the SS595's and it seems they are the choice of drifters in Japan. I might buy two for the back just to try them. Hell they are only $100 each, not much to lose.

Yes, I have experience with them on a BMW. They seemed to do just fine.

I've had a set before they were pretty aggressive and wore just fine. In the 50k miles that they were on the car never had a issue. I think they had the rim gaurd like the nittos too but cant remember for sure.
