Default RE: Best Suspension kit?

Thanks a lot for all this information guys. Baz, I looked at the handling kit you made, EXACTLY what I was looking for, thank you so much. My only worry about NOT getting a brand named kit like a saleen kit is that the parts aren't engineered together, but I know skilled people like you can easily pick and choose for a great combination. My only worry is the problems I've heard such as ones that come up from lowering your car or something with out looking to the other aspects. But it seems like you have already looked at every aspect of this kit, and it is looking great, I think that is what I'm going to go with. I don't have 2 grand at the moment, so I was wondering if I could cut your kit in half and do half of it now and half of it later, do you think that'll work? So far in mind I know that the LCA and Rear sway bar are some of the weekest points in the S197, so for example I was thinking I'd do those first, and later one upgrade some more, and so on until I have everything. I know this'll be more costly in labor, but my question would be if its even possible, or if you believe i should get the kit all at once or nothing at all?

Once again, thanks a lot for all your help :-)

Get the full Roush kit. You won't be disappointed. I have driven 6 Roush mustangs from stage 2 through 427R. They all drive great. The kit installed on my car is no different. I have also driven 7 saleen mustangs from s281 to s281 supercharged, while they drive and handle well they are a little less compliant over bumps in the road. They also reuse the rear sway bar. I love the way my car drives. I did not have to mess with shock valving or sway bar setup to get the car dialed in. This kit will eliminate your understeer as well as body sway while still providing a good ride. If I were to go lower I might get adjustable coilovers, but then it may not ride this well. Drive a Roush & Saleen ( or 6 or 7 like I did ) and make your own decision.
