I think you have a bad sensor. The dealer has a tool that can sense(lol) which one is bad (if I'm not mistaken) take it to them so they can replace it.
Yes, they can check them individually asindicated in the TPMSdiagnostics section
ofthe 07' Fordworkshop manual. Workshop manuals kick a$$ unlike
the chilton schmilton books.[:@]

Plan on paying big buckos for a new sensor and diagnostic time.[:@]
Maybe it was improperly installed by your tire man? Came loose
and self destructed? Maybe just a bad lithium battery. They only
have a life of about 10 years when they are made right.

Does anyone know where the receiver for the TPMS is on our cars? It would be a shame if it were to have some unfortunate "accident". Sometimes I feel like a jet pilot with all the toggles they have to flip......press reset, disengage traction control, lock doors, disengage e-brake...........Can we just go already!!!??? Haha!
The reciever is built into the smart junction box. It just has a black wire coming out for the antenna. You might just have a bad sensor or the system lost it's training and will need to be retrained.
The black coax wire coming out of the SJB is for the VATS coded key.
It goes to an antenna ring around the ignition switch. Not sure what the
SJB uses for a TPMS antenna. At least thats what the 07 electrical
diagrams show. Am I wrong on this. Is the electrical diagrams wrong?
Might be looking at different things. The TPS antenna uses the same antenna for the RKE system.

I was wrong. The PATS transceiver is around the ignition key assembly
and comms with the PCM via the low speed can buss. The TPMS antenna
comes out of the rear of the SJB and I have no idea of where it is located.
I was wrong.

I've had mine go off with 32 psi, I think it's right on the borderline forone of mypressure sensors. I put 33 lbs in and it goes away. Make sure you set the pressure first thing in the morning when the tires are cold. Ifyou set them when they are hotthe pressure will drop below 32 after they cool down and the light will come on.
There are 2 different messages that I've seen. He's getting a fault message vs the low pressure message. I have my sensors sitting in my toolbox in the garage since I put the aftermarket wheels on. When I get in the car, it says "low pressure", but after driving away I get the fault message after a while. I assume this is because they are no longer within range to read/send signals. I had tried the PVC tube trick but it didn't work, so the sensors are in the deflated tube right now, lol.
How low do the tires need to be(psi) before you get a low pressure warning. I noticed after having my car for a few months that the tires looked a little low and decided to check them and they were all at 25 psi with no low warning from the system. I know that I should have checked them sooner but I actually put a little to must trust in the system, which I won't do again.

Sure hope it wasn't the tire man that made the mistake....that was ME!....I think a sensor is bad too. I'll get a new one, under warrantee, so I won't worry too much.

I did call the service department and ask them about it. the guy told me to put 34psi in the tires, and drive it a while to see if it will clear up....Someone above suggested that too.....I'll try that first, and let you all know how it works.

Ive had the little picture thingy show (its red?) and when I looked in the manual it was low tire pressure and sure enough one of my back tires was down to 30. I thought it was cool it let me know and other then that it hasnt gone off since.
* That was at around 5000 miles- now im up to almost 9000
