RE: help at the track
See first track experiences are useless for ET's just knowledge. A half second improvement is hugeplus I bet you were more comfortable there. Now dont run 14psi or even 20+psi thats only for the people who have alot of track experience. Next time you go if you dont plan on getting a set of drag radials(best mod for a track go'er) leave your tire pressure at what you have for normal driving(should be around 35psi). Try this have less than a half tank of gas closer to a quarter don't launch your car at above idle when it goes green leave like you are driving away from a stop sign or traffic light then once the car gets moving floor it. If you get that 60' time down to 2.1 you should see mid 13s.

RE: help at the track
Hmmm, I went to the track today for the first time in almost 20 years with the stang I picked up on Tuesday. Wow, it's been a while.Weather was about 40 with patchy drizzle [:@]First pass was a 16.2 with a 3.16 60ft trap 95(Crap, what was that? spun through 3rd)...best pass was a 14.4 with a 2.28 60ft and a 97 trap. I got some work to do. I dont feel terrible as the conditions sucked and Ihave only driven the car about 150 miles...
Guess I Wait till next spring. (and practice when I can)
