You just need the right offsetwith ahigh padto run them (so there is enough space to clear the caliper).
Iwas running a high pad20x8.5 +39 offset andthe rimcleared my Brembo's just fine (see pic below).
I'm now running a high pad 20x9.5 +32 offsetand the rims stillclear fine( I wanted more lip).
If you are currently running a medium or low pad center you couldtry a 5mm or 10mmspacer (just make sure the spacer is hub centric).
A spacermay give you enough room to clear the caliper.
If not you mayhave to buy a new set of rims with a high pad andwith abetteroffset.
What do you mean by "high pad," "low pad," etc.?

There is a high pad (meaning that the centerpiece that meets the hubhas thickdepth to it).
A medium pad (meaning that the center piece that meets the hubhas a medium amount of depth to it)
A low pad which (meaning that the centerpiece that meets the hubhas little depth to it).
A high pad is made to clear biggerbrake systems(they havehigh clearence).
A medium pad is made to clear stock brakes or big brake systems for the rear.
A low pad is made for the back wheels to clear smaller brakes orto allowwider width.
Hope that helps .
A spacer connects to the padso if you have a medium or high pad you may be ok.
