Top notch guys. I have their pillar pods and their console switch panel. I have had no issues and love them.

Alan,
Thank you for responding to this thread, I hope you didn't take any offense to it by thinking that I was in some way bashing your product. I couldn't be more happy with it and I know that little things like this happen, no biggie. I was just in a pinch at the time I submitted this with it being the day after thanksgiving and didn't think anyone would be available. Your product is great and I would recommend it to anyone needing a guage mounting product and I am 100% certain I will be buying more of your products. Keep up the great products.

Rick
Rick, thanks for the kind words. Zero offense was taken, when one of my products has a problem, I like to be all over it. Fortunately, we enjoy an extremely small failure/defect rate. We do goof up, though. And products get destroyed in shipping. One important thing to know is whatever the case, we don't rest until it is fixed.

Glad you got it fixed up, though. Had it gone bad, you would have had a new pillar in the mail Monday.

We will definitely try to keep bringing new products, and will push hard for the best quality possible. Our manfacturing abilities are becomming more sophisticated, so I believe you see part quality continue to improve (in both new and existing products).

Thanks again to those who voiced their words of support,

Alan

You gotta love that kind of service from a munufacturer. That is the kind of service that gets you repeat business from satisfied consumers. Too bad a certain hood manufacturer won't stand behind the quality of their products like SOS stands behind their gauges.
