So I ordered an Automatic but....
the first high horsepower manual car i drove in traffic was my dads gt500. that clutch is a bitch too, and i did just fine. the GT has a muuuuch easier clutch and i drive in HEAVY traffic atleast 4 times a week. You will catch on, if my idiot friends can drive stick in traffic, so can you

Auto = V6
Especially coming from someone with a 1997 V6 Mustang. I hope he has a GT in the garage, too...

I was checking this troll out, and on that pebble thread, he asks if the stang has CV joints. I think I'm going to be ill.

I think the comments related to manuals and egos are pretty funny. Is driving an autotrans Mustang really akin to a "short guy complex?" Must be. For me (and all guys I know), the manual adds to the driving experience of a sports car period. I've compromised on a number of my vehicles (cars & motorcycles) with many of the same reasons people here are giving for choosing the autotrans and every time I regretted the decision. Save yourself the heartache, get a GT with a manual, for me thats what a mustang is all about.[sm=trust_me.gif] He He.
