I don't think it's bad as long as you're not doing this at higher speeds. I would think it's the same as riding the clutch.

As long as you match the rpm's when you downshift - no harm done.

If you arent matching the rpm's, the clutch will suffer.

woah, just watched the video... i dont think i can handle all that right now... wouldnt work in heels lol.

Is it just me or are our cars just a pain in the you know what to heel-toe? I have driven Corvette C6's on the track, porche 911's and they are so easy to heel-toe. (obviously these are two superior machines) but still I have a lot of trouble with the S197's. Just please let me know I am not the only one.
You mean the Mustang won't perform like cars cost 2-3 times as much???
