RE: quick tsb question please help!!!
Hmmmmm, it maybe a TSB, but this relates to brakes and these should be a saftey issue. If the brakes are dragging they are essentially being prematurely worn and, more importantly, overheated which could end up becoming a danger... I'd scream and shout at the service team irrespective of whether the car is under warranty or not.

Some 2005-2006 Mustangs built prior to 10/1/2005 may exhibit park brake cables that freeze in cold weather due to water intrusion, and subsequently not release. Under some conditions this could lead to dragging rear brakes. The rear sealing boot on the cable (located at the rear caliper attachment) could deteriorate prematurely which may permit water intrusion. In freezing temperatures this could bind the cable inside the casing, and not allow tension to be released from the caliper
ACTION:[/u]
Inspect the park brake cable and system components. If the rubber sealing boots show signs of deterioration, replace both rear park brake cables
WARRANTY STATUS:
Eligible Under Provisions Of New Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage.

Now if you go to a dealer, out of good faith they may cover it anyway but don't be surprised if they don't.

RE: quick tsb question please help!!!
Thanks guys I took it to the dealer and they said tsb's are not covered if the car is out of warranty but because my warranty expires on Jan05 2008 and I only have 36300 miles he said he would call ford to ask for assistance and they agreed to pay 80%. I am thankful for that. I won't be using my parking brake unless I have to now!

Hang on. Your car is either under warranty or it's not! if in under warranty and you have an issue subject to a TSB, then they pay 100% You shouldn't have to grovell to them, your car is still warrantied. I'd play Hell with them, if only on principle. It's always the little guy who get's reamed [:@]
