What software do i use to add tunes to my tuner?

Thread title says it all, Say I want to order a tune from vmp for 93octane performance. HOw do i put it on my tuner. I got a usb cord and I plugged in my tuner but my computer said it needed a disc to install.

Go to the website of what ever tuner you have and download the program there -- it should be free
