I can't say how many times I have stalled, I lost count. Before you make fun... this is my first manual car, I'm a hell of a lot better now but man those first few months... it's a good thing I have some patience.

Anyone ever feel like they want to drive around with someone else that has the same car and make sure what you are doing is right? Sometimes the feeling I get from the car is I'm doing it wrong or just not as well as I should be.
ya i have never driven a manual before picking this car up from the lot. (i bought it when i was still overseas). that was a fun drive home. i love tolet people who know how to drive manuals drive my car so i can learn and see what im doing wrong.

somedays i feel like im broke or my car is broke and need to take it to the dealer when i have bad shift days. good to know im not alone. and for the shoes i have tons of shoes. my phyiscal training shoes then my military boots which suck to drive with and that just makes it even harder to shift with.

once i was leaving my work formation and had turned up the radio to be cool. (i'm the only one who ever does that). and had to drive up a short steep hill to get out of the parking lot. i didnt hear how high i revved it and burnt out through first. with all my commanders around and on a military base. needless to say i had a sit down with my chain of command.

now i just bought a crotch rocket and whenever i get into my car i find my self redlining it thinking its my motorcycle and i still have like 5K rpms left to shift. man dont i feel dumb and then have to shift.

I never stall out some where, it'll be pulling the car out of the shop after installing something. LOL.

I do have some bad days, especially with some big shoes.

We've all been there, dont worry about it. You'll have them less and less the more you drive it.
