Im already preparing to get flamed but i have to ask a question....who cares? Do what your tuner feels safe doing and be done with it.

As moddadict is trying to point out, you are trying to put too many restrictions on comparing a very specific instance that in the real world has so many variables it should be left up to the professionals to decide what is or isn't safe...comparing things very specifically as you are doing really doesn't make a lot of sense to me personally...not trying to be argumentative

I am not a motor expert but from my reading and understanding of physics and engineering I would say that given indentical tune on the safe meter (whatever that is). Ultimate power is not as important as psi.
