Does anyone have 3.31 gears without a tune that can chirp going into second? I think with the 3.55s, you end up in a better spot in the powerband after the shift (plus the additional 7.3% increase in torque from the gear ratio). I think the people with tunes can get it with 3.31s because their redline is 500rpms higher. Or maybe I just drive like a pu$$y too.

ok, so i'm retarded.to everyone who said i just wasn't driving her hard enough.......you are right. i guess i thought i was, but i was too afraid to push my rpms close that old red mark on my tach. well today i waited till almost 6k rpm, shifted (no power shifting) and almost lost control each time. white smoke in the rear view mirror and all.....

mystery solved!!! i was just a p***y!! lol

I'm completely stock with 3.31's and I can spin 2nd and sometimes if I'm lucky chirp 3rd without powershifting.

Yup can spin second and chirp third once in a while with 3.31 but second gear near redline is 60 mph so its very rare I get 3rd.... and Im stock...
