Does seem like there is a lack of professionalism and It's hard to tell the tone of someones voice if you're reading something.

 

That comment about stuff being recieved was not directed to me. I always get my stuff from ebay. SO WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU WHEN SOMEONE TALKS IN CAPS!! Yeah it usually means they are bieng a jerk or stating the obvious. He made me feel stupid. All he had to do was answer my question about headlights and I probably would have purchased them from them, but forget it now. O and I still don't know who makes them. He wanted to play a stupid game with me, I wasn't doin it!!

 

So the land you purchased was received in a timley manner? How did they ship that? UPS? DHL?

 

I use CAPS when I want to highlight the point I am trying to make. Others use them when they YELL. I have no idea what they were intended to do in this case.

 

I just don't see why he couldn't answer my question flat out like a normal place would have. Everything would have been fine![&o]

 

Yes had bad dealings with them also, I ordered a set of black bullit wheels, paid for them the same day, called a week later and was told they were shipped and will be there in a day or 2. a week goes by no wheels, I call them back and they say They were shipped. i wait a few days no wheels, I call ed back 3rd time talked to someone else and their response, Oh we have notordered them yet and they will be shipped from the factory, oh well just cancl the order then and the idiot on the phone was rather rude when I told them i didnt like being lied to. Never again will I deal with them, Yes I finally got the money returned on the credit card.

 

Sounds like some faults on both sides, but when it comes to business, the customer is always right! If the customer appears to be rude or otherwise difficult to deal with, as a business owner/associate you have to just suck it up and put on the smile! Otherwise you pay for it in the bad publicity...this thread is the proof. Blue Oval, you need to man up and play real nice. Customers...you need to assume the business is on your side and give them some slack until it is very plain you are being screwed!

 

Bad 1032 it looks to me that the common thread here may be John and not Blue Oval. I wonder if his boss knows about this? Plus how much time he spends on the internet.hummmm. You know I think I may call him and just let him know hummmmm. Because all I was looking for was a polite "yes we will send that item sir" thank you for your order. sorry to hear shipping to Canada takes so long. But we will do all we can to get that item to you as soon as possible.Not "well just go buy it sonewhere else"that is unprofessional.

 

Never had any issues with Blue Oval Industries. Bought headlights and had to exchange one due to a defect. All handled quickly and with professionalism on their part. Also bought a Header back exhaust system without a hitch.

Don't know about anyone else but there is absolutely NO reason to start cussing at someone in an e-mail during any type of business transaction. Be the bigger man and just take your business elsewhere Mamba. Stop being a girl.
