Do you find that people like to park next to you?
Here's some idiot that parked next to my GF's Focus outside our apartment. Pissed me off. I was ready to slash their tires, but she convinced me that it wasn't worth it.
Going on a tangent, Its always good to have a beater when the parking situation is not well organized. I've had cars right up on the bumper of my beater parallel parked on the street. Whenever that happens, I try to figure out why they parked the way they did. If I can't come up with a good reason, I make sure to not use my brakes when negotiating my way out of the spot. L
I've also had this happen to me once, but I'm not proud of it. I was at school and some jerk parked so close to my beater that I could not get in through the driver side door. After crawling in through the passenger side, I opened the driver door as hard as I could several times. Couldn't really get a lot of momentum so I left a ding instead of a dent. I should have just rubbed along the whole side while backing out, but I didn't think of it at the time.

That is why I have a screwdriver in my trunk. Someone did that to me when I had my 99 GT. They parked right on top of me and put a massive door ding in the drivers side door. I was in the back of the lot when I parked, all by myself, hurting no one. I just happened to have ascrewdriver in my console, and he rest speaks for itself. I have no mercy for people who park right on you. I am parked in the back of the lot for a reason, and if you do it to act like a jerk, well then you will have some paint damage done to your car, no matter what kind of car it is. We put a lot of time and money into our cars, and most of us use them on a daily basis. We dont have time for that crap

Oh and all these stories about mustang parking near eachother reminds me of a time i went to the mall and i got this perfect spot, there was an L shaped island so ther could only be one person nearme
so when i came out there was two other S197s parked near me, each kind of over the line so togeather we all took up 5 spots, like we were protecting eachother
one wasa really nice Vista Blue V6 with silver stripes and a black GT with noexterior mods irecognized, it's goodto see that us mustangs stick togeather

Back when I had my Jeep and lived in my old apartment complex, this dumbass who drove a very nice looking '99 Z28 Camaro used to double park and take up part of my assigned parking spot. I just started parking right up so close to his door that he would have to use the passenger door to get in the car. One day he saw me outside and asked why I kept parking so close to him. I asked him why he kept double parking. He asked why I didn't give him room to get in, and I told him if he stayed out of my spot he'd have plenty of room to get in his car. He stopped double parking. I love my car and love keeping dents and dings away from my car, but if I see anyone...ANYONE double parked, I make an issue to make their existance difficult. Annoys the living hell out of me. But usually I park away from other people so it's not usually a problem.

No. I usually park out in east jesus and the walk in isn't worth it to most people.

also + 1 million to spots like this I will park with my tires in the middle of the lines on the far left

the thing I do is make sure it has enough room from the next car even if a door was just flung wide open. If I feel its too close then I am outta there. 99 percent of the time I park all by myself. No door dings yet after 1 1/2 years

...perhaps everyone should add a little something to their signature. ie: epert parker, double parker, a$$hole parker...thats mei guess : )
jk about the sig.

I'll tell you the secret:
People see your nice Stang park out of the way and they figure this guy or gal is watching from somewhere
always keeping an eye on the vehicle so the think this is a good spot he or she will watch mine too
