Well at least I don't have to worry about anyone getting to close to the car or the wife wanting to drive it.

Major pet stores will have a shelf dedicated to animal smell neutralizers. I bought a tall red spray can that put out an odorless fluid that foamed when it contacted the stinky agent. Worked good on a novice alarm dog who got too uppity with the neighborhood skunk, removed the cat's boyfriend's calling card quickly and effectively, and left no lasting effects on the various natural and painted surfaces involved.

nature's miracle.

available at most pet stores.

it even takes the smell of vomit out.

be forewarned, it will take a lot of effort and a lot of tries. smells are one of the most difficult things to remove.
