just wanted to update you guys on the power inprovment from the longtubes.
2 weeks ago i ran a 13.45@105 on a 50 degree night and SUPER low humdity with only an intake and tune. I took the car back to the track last night with the hookers long tubes and o/r x. the car was running pretty crummy for whatever reason, temp was in the upper 70s and it was pretty muggy. the track was empty so i pulled right into the starting line after a hour drive.. (ok excuses are over, the car was hot and the air sucked ***) i spun pretty bad but managed a 13.400@107mph on the first run 2.3xx 60ft. (kumos are shot)that was my best run of the night. the track just wasnt holding up at all and the car was running pretty crummy for whatever reason. i think its got a leak on the drivers side. still i am pretty happy with the improved trap. def worth 20hp.. id love to run it again on a nice cool night.
