anyone have a write up of know how to take off the calipers? i want to paint them but i have the spray and would rather not get yellow paint all over everything else. oh and one other thing, how do you bleed the brakes?

 

Hayes 2005 - 2007 Mustang repair manual is great. Has step by step write-ups with pics. Must better then the Ford shop manuel and the Hayes is less then $20.

I sprayed mine too, theres only 2 bolts to removethe caliperfrom the spindle. You don't need to completely take them off, once you remove the calipers you can slip the rotor off, remove the outside brake pad (put one bolt back in to hold the caliper to spindle while you paint), tape off/cover anything you don't want sprayed. Mine dried really quick to touch, 10-15 minutes you can put it back on being careful.
