Please take him to court just for the sake of teaching him a lesson. You should not have to pay out of pocket for it. Do like they saidabove and try confronting him with the pictures and say you are taking him to small claims court to see if he will pay for it. If not, take the highest quote you can find and go to court for a couple hours. It beats paying it yourself.

Listen to everyone, take him to court and remember take three high quotes because if you take a real low quote the judge might favor for that one. Confront him before you do so and if he still denides the fact not only sue him for damages but what ever is going to cost to take him to court. Keep us posted. Good luck!!
