very easy.
Just undo the bolts from the underside of the trunk and pull. Apply pressure one side and eventually it should slowly loosen. Then do the other. You may need to use braided fishing line, but mine had already been off the car once during the 3 years I've owned it. A newer one might be harder to pop straight off.
Clean up is a mess, as the gasket that is part of the stock wing might be broken up. I used WD40 on a rag and then washed and waxed the area before installing my black wing.

A little heat from a hair dryernever hurts.
Braided fishing line works best.
Goo-Gone or Goof-Off works to remove the
remaining 3M tape residue.
