The rear bottom seat is held in by two tabs, one on each side, right where the seat cushion meets the seat. Just push back the cushion and you will see them, press them in. Not sure about the side panels.

Like Argonaut said there are two locking tabs, one on each side of the seat.
Pu**** is one side at a time unless there is two of you, thenpull the bottom seat forward and tilt the front up, there are large tabs that hold the bottom seat up behind the upper seat.
The side panels have three push tabs that hold it on, I removed all the tabs buit still could not get the side panel off.
I said screw it and just ran my wires up under it without taking it off.
