Sorry to hear that. How do you know its leaking? Can you hear it or just feel it with your hand? The clamps were not the best imo but i got them torqued down enough to do the job. Two of the bolts got fouled up onmy clampsso i just ended up having my neighbor weld the tips on and used the clamps for them. I'll probably have mine welded as well. Make sure the clamps are slid up even with the end of the pipe you are trying to tighten down. I had a small leak where the over the axle pipe connected to the tail pipes. I just reposition the clamp and tightened it as much as i could. So far all is well.

Yeah, I could feel it coming out where the clamp ends pull togetherand can hear it also when I'm under the car. The clamps they sent me afterwards are so much better than the ones they give you in the kit.

my muffler shop welded all of mine except the part that connects to the factory h-pipe, he had his own clamps that were suppose to be a lot better so he put those on and no leaks or anything so far, o and i didnt have any problems with the pass side being lower or anything and the sound is awesome, exactly what i was looking for...cheap and no drone but loud when you get on it

Why doesn't Pypes just fix the uneven hangers or whatever is causing the uneven side??
I been thinkin about getting this setup but maybe ill wait till they fix the problem!!
Does anybody know if it would sound good on a stock mustang??

my mustang is stock motor except the exhaust and yes it sounds amazing. if you are waiting for them to fix the hangers you will be waiting awhile. i emailed them and when they were confronted about the uneven tips they responded by saying that you shouldnt take everything you read on the internet as true and not everyone is a mechanic. basically all the ones they install line up perfect.

I have the pypes mid muffler set up and could not be happier!

Pros:
[ul][*]Sounds perfect! It has to be the closest sound to the 2v / 4v mustang[*]loud enough to turn heads w/o being annoying or sounding like your trying too hard to get attention.[*]no drone (top up or down)[*]Excellent bang for buck![*]no leaks/rattles
[/ul]Cons:
[ul][*]Install with just jack stands and a Jack can be a little annoying but doable ( I recommend a hoist if you have access to one)[*]tip alignment was a little off
[/ul]The passenger or driver side (cant remember) tip was about 1 1/2" to low, I got it to 1" and had a muffler shop align them perfect for $30 bucks. This set was $299 shipped, so I didn't mind the $30 extra to align the tips.

I would also rate this set A-, only because of the tip alignment.

I really like the sound and I also like the look from the back; no mufflers hanging below the bumper cover.
