it should be around that price but final pricing is a bit away. it will be ram air and heat extractor functional so that will/might add to the cost.

cool LM.. keep us informed .. cant wait to see what the final version will look like.. and also give us time to save.. but you did say the price will be up at that time.. .. a good price for a hood that is not fully finished.. umm.. mayne we cna get a group thing going........ for the hood of course

Hoods do not come pre-painted as they need to be pre-fit to your car then painted.

Also if they were painted there would be a really good chance it would get scratched in shippping on truck freight


On another note, If we make that black hood would anyone buy it ?

We are thinking of developing a similar hood with larger openings and wider, taller runners.
I'm game for that black hood...of course for the right price..

I would be interested in the Black King Cobra hood, but NOT if you make the openings larger, wider and taller runners![:@]
This hood dosen't need to be changed at all.

I kind of like the hood Cappi showed us, but Im afraid its too '69 Camaro for my tastes. Ill stick to the Roush scoop. It makes the car, [everyone so far thats seen it says so], its cheaper, and you dont have to replace the entire hood.
