Best CAI WITHOUT tuner

RE: Best CAI WITHOUT tuner
I had the KN intake before i got my tune and loved it. I perfer to have one that doesnt REQUIRE a tune but can also get good gains wtih one. If you ever need to take your car to the dealer for service the KN doesnt void warranty and doesnt require a tune. So you can take the tune off or not run one and take your car to the dealership. With the others you have to worry about your car running lean or take off the CAI and put on the stock box to take it to the dealership.

I would be willing to make a good deal for the GMS CAI kit. Original price was over $300. Since it's used and I'm always nice to fellow stangers when I trade parts, I'd part with it for $100 plus shipping.
PM me if interested.

RE: Best CAI WITHOUT tuner
From what I was told I would agree with this. I just actually emailed the guys at Brenspeed the other day because I seen the new C&L add in Muscle Mustang magazine and the add says the C&L Street intake now comes with a no tune option so you dont have to have a tuner. From the info i received the guys at Brenspeed, theyrecommended the tuner first because they said they could make a tune for the stock air box that would make more power than the cold air intake without a tuner would make. Then I could always get a new tune when I had the money to purchase the Intake.
