I know for a fact that the procharger is rougher on the tranny, but it does sound quite nice. I dont know too much about the paxton, but I have heard them and they sound really good. You should also consider vortech

Paxton and Vortech are made by the same parent company. From what I have seen the paxton kit puts out a little more power than the vortech.

i've seen a couple vortechs get real close to that 500 rwhp mark.
heres Justin Burchum's 8.89 sec procharger, w/ N2O too.

Just asking.
How can one S/C be harder on a tranny than another?
Vortech and Procharger are going to have the same type of power curve and delivery. The transmission sees only the power output of the engine.

And that video is awesome. Saved to my favorites!

can't speak to the procharger, but the paxton's super easy to install (save yourself over $1K right there) and cobra's right, the duel BOV's sound absolutely sick. check out my thread on the install... https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005-2014-mustangs/469452-paxton-2200-h-o-install-pics-lots-and-lots-of-pics.html
