Default Convertible / Normal questions

I'd like to get the 05 convertible for nice windy summer driving, and I've heard that it doesn't get cold inside in winter. I would like to know if the convertible model eats up even more space from the backseat.

The non-convertible 2005 mustang looks better than teh conv. with the top up. So I'd just like to know - where can I find some ppl that could install a BIG sunroof for me ?

You will lose truck space and the split fold down seats. I had a 01 Vert and the truck space on the coupe is about 1/3 larger.

I'm not sure about if you loose a lot of backseat space, but the trunk takes the biggest hit to the size available. I agree that the coupes look better than the verts-with-top-up, but I absolutly love my car. With the top down and stereo up, the car is heaven to drive...and I only got the V6... I can only imagine if I shelled out for the GT V8.

Any space you lose from the backseat is well worth it in my opinion. You won't be sorry if you choose a vert...The trunk is big enough for most things...if you get the shaker 1000 it eats up room. I wouldn't change a thing...love driving with the top down....

I get funny looks when I tell people I"m planning on driving my Elouise around topless!

I love Verts.. and wouldn't settle for anything less.

Nice Rims Rob!!!

I had an 86 Vert, (i feel it was fater than my 05 but maybe thats casue I was just a boy back then) But this Baby is a ONCE NICE RIDE... Top down at night, windows up (optional), Heater on Low and you'll think you are sitting by the fireplace

As for the space in the back, (I have never sat there) its a bit limited, but what 2 door is comfortable in the back???

As for the trunk.....As Rob said thro in the Shaker 1000, adn I cant get my golf clubs in it

But I wouldn't change a thing! Happy hunting!
