Ever Regret...?
only thing i kind of regret so far are the adjustable LCA's from BMR because i haven't gotten around to lowering yet. they've been sitting in my room for 6 months, its taken a lot longer than i thought to pull together money for lowering. wish i would have put that $250 towards something i could have been enjoying for the past 6 months, oh well... i'll love em once i get everything else on.
I regret getting a saleen supercharger should have gone whipple.. I regret going with a certain known tuner who took my money and never got the tune to work correctly. I regret starting with a twin gt pump setup instead of going with the gt500 setup first.

I'm not afraid to back out of a mod if I didn't like it. I've ditched my vinyl stripes, trashed the expensive CDC Billet grill and I'm fixing to ditch the SHR Louvres over the Winter and go back to glass.
On the whole I am pretty bored with the car now, I reckon it's because it's all done. Sure, I could stick a hood on it or some other cosmetic addition I don't need, but essentially I'd just be dicking with it unnecessarily.
Adding all the money up I've thrown at it, I could have a fully paid off GT500 sitting in the garage or better still, a low mileage Terminator plus $25k in the bank.

I regret buying my LCA. I should have bought tools instead. I hate having to borrow everything and at this point I don't have what you need to put the LCA on the car in the first place. Need a cheater bar, torque wrench, and jackstands/jack. All I have is decent socket set right now.
Buy a cheater bar? You don't buy one, you find one. Got some pipe in the backyard for ye. Just messin w u.

The AirAid CAI without a tune was
the first and most unplanned mod.
That was purchased before I
found the Forum.

And a SilverHorseRacing rear honeycomb
panel that turned out to be substandard
in construction that was returned before
install for a much nicer CDC Ribbed Panel.
I have taken the time and mapped
out a plan for a final desired look and
performance within my measly budget.
Other than not switching straight from
16s to 18s and not bypassing the 17"
rims, all has gone as planned.
And the unwanted factory applied underdash water dispensor mod.

I regret the 410s, the UDP's, the flowmasters, and the K&N.
First I should of just the bought the C&L w/ a tuner from the get go, but figured why bother, First mistake.
Second, I had bought the UDP's & the gears, was happy for about a month. Didnt like the revs on the highway. Then it just wasnt fast enough, put a blower on the car, sold the UDP's, went with 373s.
Lastly the flowmasters, they sound like ***, tried the GTA's, too quiet, then deletes, they sounded great until I put headers with an X pipe. Went Bassanis from there.
As much as I love the car now with the Saleen, the money I spent, the time I spent, I sometimes wish I had it back.
Ohh and that brings me to the Saleen. We expected 450rwhp, wound up with 479rwhp and a fuel pump that could not keep up, hello now to more $$ spent on the GT500 system. At least this time I didnt waste money on a BAP, only to replace it later.
