I had this happen shortly after I bought my car. When I first used the air conditioner, I had the water coming out all over the floor. Turned out to be the drain hose. It was duct taped closed. I figured it must have been a disgruntled employee during assembly? Anyway, I don't know if this is your issue or not, but I thought I would mention it. The drain tube is a bear to get at.....it comes through the floor pan just above the rear part of the transmission.

yeah when i was a tech at toyota that was the number one thing i saw when someone came in with that problem.
