Hood cracking, need paint ideas

is it real true carbon fiber? if so be VERY careful dremeling it. when i played competitive paintball carbon fiber barrels were THE BEST barrels you could get, and i saw where a guy shortened his carbon fiber barrel with a dremel and inhaled some of the dust and got VERY sick with it.

I'm not picky with Grammar usually but the said tool is spelled Dremel and I believe it's a brand as well.

Well i will have the body shop fill it in and i will have a small area painted black ( i know i know) but the important thing is to prevent it from happening again. What is the BEST and STRONGEST compound to seal it up with?

any one know what the strongest compound to seal it with? Also, could i move the latch for the hood so it doesnt put as much stress?
