those are the the Ford GT500s. The ones in my link are. I agree i dont think that powdercoating adds that much weight. However, the replica gt500 wheels might be heavier to begin with. I know mine are heavy as hell compared to the 17s i run in the winter, 10 lbs less each wheel/tire

Yah, thats what i'm thinking. the replicas must weigh more to begin with. I love the look of those but i think they are just too heavy. Wish i could find a deal on some oem wheels then i'd just take them to get powder coated. By the time i put tires on them i'd have over 200lbs in wheels/tires.

Does anyone have a set of these black GT500 wheels on there vista blue stang by any chance? I did a search but nothing happened, and I am curious as to what it looks like.

I am real curious to see how they would look on my car? I think they will be hot but I am concerned being they are replica's, are they designed to clear the GT500 Brembo's?
