You guys that are talking about the Dyno run being in 4th gear. Are you sure that's how its done in an Auto? If you had it in 4th (which is Drive) and stomped on it, wouldn't it just kick down to third anyway?
the tuner can lock out the tranny for the dyno run.....Justin did my run in my 05 auto in 4th gear that is where the car is 1:1

Justin dyno tuned my car and I got great numbers. They really know what they are doing. Kevin from Diablo Sports does all of the dyno tuning at JPC and he is very good. Ask Justin about the plugs as well. I had him change mine.

wow, is that how it works? Thanks for the tip. I guess your car doesn't drop down to 3rd when you get on it.

Well, if I'm cruising at 20 mph and floor it, it drops into 1st. If I'm cruising at 35-40, it'll drop into 2nd, 45-65 and it'll drop into 3rd. But if I'm cruising at 80, and floor it...no, it will not drop into 3rd. You have an auto, you know this.

Only reason I mentioned what 4th was is maybe...just maybe the dude doing the dyno didn't turn OD off. It was not to poke fun at anyone.

Well I just got off the phone with Justin. I asked him about maybe the guts of my blown cats fouling out the o2 sensors and in turn the spark plugs and he said they were both running fine. He said he didn't see any signs of a blowout with the spark plugs or whatever but I'm thinking of changing them anyway. I'm also thinking of doing a leak down test to see if that could be the problem. Any thoughts?

And also on a side note, it may seem that I'm kind of questioning or speaking ill of JPC but I do not feel that way at all. They have excellent customer service.

I had a hell of a time when I bought MAC long tubes that were bent wrong from the factory. MAC refused to believe that they didn't fit so JPC installed, uninstalled and reinstalled them and sent pictures as proof to MAC. JPC was extremely cooperative in talking to MAC on the phone and getting the problem resolved as MAC was giving me the runaround.

I just don't want to steer any potential customers away from JPC as they are all great people over there.

good luck bro!
glad to hear good things about jpc, but somethings really really wrong. If it were me i would pull the cams and see what you get for power... maybe somethings wrong there. I have heard of issues with the tuning of the hot rods
