If all you care about is power, then I'd say get the Termi (but only it is a straight up trade).

If you have to spend any cash, just keep your stang and build it up.

Termi's will only be worth any real money stock, not modded so you will be slow (relatively) if you keep it stock.

I test drove a Termi. It was nice. Then I test drove a roushcharged S197. It was almost as nice. But the thing is I love the S197. I think the Termi is great and all but I would never.....never trade my car for one. Im not even supercharged and I still wouldnt do it. I get more looks from all kinds of people. I think that except for the different fogs and spoiler the Termi looks like any other newedge. I had a guy roll up to me with gold teeth and 3 different kinds of rims today on lunch...."Hey man that car is sweet, How fast does it go?" The stuff like that makes it worth driving a modded S197.

 

i do love the termi but i would say whipple ur car...just cuz i love this body style...but man does a termi w/ full exhaust sound mean...

 

I say mod yours, but thats because i reallllllly dont like the previous body styles

I'd prolly go Termie, for value reasons alone. Once I made sure there isn't anything wrong with the car, of course.

 

The only thing i don't like on the termi's is the interior. But A little upholsetry work and i'd be happy as hell. But if i had 5-800rwhp i don't think i'd really care anyways. I think they look mean as hell.
