Default Intake Manifold Question

Does adding a supercharger and its components replace the stock intake manifold and use its own super charger manifold combination?

Yes but only if it is a roots aka twin screw style but it is part of the S/C. A centrifical does not require.

All depends on how you wish to go. As said twin screw yes, the whole intake manifold is replaced with a new one. Centrifugal, no, you can retain the stock intake manifold.

You can go many different ways with superchargers.

so getting a new intake manifold by C&L would be a waste unless i want to go turbo or centrifugal.
