Default Will these rims work? Thoughts?

Im looking at a set of slightly used wheels/tires.....they are from a 2001 Bullitt so the offset is obviously different then the s197. There is a link to the pages that show them. The rims are 18s and the tires are 275/35/18 all around. With my stock ride height would this look dumb or would the extra inch of wheel make the fender gap less noticable? Also any input on the quality of the tires? pics of any 99-04 wheel on an 05+ would be helpful, as well as pics of your 275s.

275 is a bit too big IMHO. You will possibly hurt your steering geometry.

I am running 275/35/18 Toyo R888s up front with no issues on 18 x 9.5s.
Thought about running them all the way around but went with 305s on the rear since I have staggered rims. I do think that it may look a little weird without dropping the car some would be a lot of room up top.

I dont really want 275s up front, if I had my way I would have 255s in front and 295s in the rear, but thats the size that are on the rims....they are a good deal. Anyone have pics of 35 sidewalls on a stock suspension?

First, 285 fit fine up front with the proper offset.

Note that the 275/35/18 is a significantly shorter wheel diameter than stock and will affect your speedo.

Second is using a 99-04 wheel offset, 24mm.

This will look okay. Obviously it will stick out farther than the stock wheels. The fronts may be flush to slightly outward from the wheel well. Same with the rears.

If you want pics, search my name, I have several threads with pics of 24mm wheels on the S197.
