Honestly...From a professional stand point and i used to be a customers stand point before. Have it done "professionally" I guarantee it will not come out right after your fifth try. Save yourself money and have it done. If you don't know how to file edges, heat the edges, it will peel. You will get hair, dust, dirt in the film while your applying. The technique takes rolllllls to master. I'd say after your 100th car you would be able to consider yourself a decent installer.

There is a reason it costs money to get done. Its a skilled craft. If it was easy than everyone would do their own tint with precut orders. But the fact of the matter is companies now they will sell a lot of precuts for cars because what happens is you will never get the first one down right, so you order a second, then a third. usually after the 4th you give up and go pay a professional. You have a very nice looking mustang, spend the money and match the quality with the car. Cutting film is only 1/10 the battle. And i guarantee it is not cut perfectly either, for our cars the proper way is to have a filed edge. In which if you make it to this step you will most likely tear it. I wouldn't go through typing all this when im supposed to be studying for a m3/m5/m coupe final.

Also when you find the right shop they offer a warranty, something which is very nice to have.

Do it yourself and in a month you're gonna look like one of those retards driving around with bubbled window tint.

The film is very static clingy when the protective film is removed just
before installation. It is at that point one big dust/dirt magnet.
It will pick up any and everything close to it before it is wetted down.
Avoid any and all dirt/dust while it is tnis state.
Anything trapped inbetween the glass and tint will stick out like
a sore thumb.

the pre cuts and machine cuts actually dont fit as well as when someone cut the film 2 ur car... i would say go pro.... 2 windows should be $75 max... the front 2 windows will be harder then u think... but if u wanna try go ahead...

I dunno. The shop that did mine uses a plotter and has the specs right from Ford. They cut mine out and all windows were a perfect fit.

But I definitely wouldn't try this yourself. Not only are you 97% likely to screw it up, but once you get that glue on there, it's never quite the same. You've already had tint removed once. That means this next install probably won't be as easy as a fresh window. It's only $40-$75 for the two windows. Let a pro do it.
