Clearcoat peeling off on painted fanblades?

Clearcoat peeling off on painted fanblades?
Since it was finally nice here in NJ, I washed the car today. I have the painted fanblades on my 08 convertible. I noticed that on two of my wheels, the clear coat is peeling off. The only thing I can think of is the car wash. When it is nice out, I wash the car on my own and I only use soap,never any kind of wheel cleaner. Has anyone else had any problems with the clearcoat on their wheels?
