The inital cost and rare need for the programmer causes the
locksmith to charge in some cases MORE than the Stealership would.
And they dont guarantee anything to work as the release form you
have to sign states....
Most locksmiths dont have the access to the programmer.....
The Lord want to dimish the costs involved, not raise them...
