everyone keeps saying the reason for lack of customer service is because he is busy. if he is so busy why doesn't he just hire someone to answer the phone. the lack of customer service is not good for business and will eventually push future customers away.
problem is, this lack of Customer Service is rampant with the Tuners

I can think of 2-3 right away in the F-150/Expy world where I usually hang out. Each are excellent tuners who can work wonders...but they flat out suck at Business.

I'm the type of person who likes to talk with the tuner and make sure my needs/expectations are understood. If a business can't find the time to do that with me...well I will go elsewhere. Tuning is a volatile art. I won't risk my motor with something like this unless both parties understand what is wanted needed.

i had to wait quite a while for my tune also, but i would do it all again if i had to.what can i say but it is going to be worth the wait.patience is really a virtue.as with all good things if it was too easy it wouldnt be that good.im sure if it were in the middle of winter your tune would be waiting for you but cut the guy some slack its the most busy time of year for him.he does shows diffrent places and from my understanding hes the only one there writing the tune.with mine it took him more time because it was the first bullitt tune he did and there were some diffrent things that he had to fool around with and look up.he seemed to be very concerned he get everything right rather then pump something out quick.thats just my opion.

I'm hoping I don't need a revised tune with my Cervini's side exhaust.... I'd hate to have to wait so long again to get that. Looking back at my emails from them, I took a little over 4 weeks to get my XCal3 and JLT intake.

with 980 tunes a day to work on, I'd imagine the work would pile up lol.

Did you try Brenspeed? They usually take a couple days for tunes/retunes.

Took me a month for a re-tune from Bama.. wrong octane level even. Went back to Brenspeed lol. Just takes awhile with Bama, I no longer wait for re-tunes if I send for one. I just expect them in 3-4 months now lol.. it's either that or learn how to do it yourself.

^They're not accepting PM's, the only way to get through to them unfortunately is to keep calling. Emailing them is useless nowadays...

Update: I have tried calling and emailing now for 3 days, still no answer, I have now filed a Paypal dispute and requested my money back. I dont want to give the impression that Bama Chips is bad. But I have had a bit of a problem with their customer service.
