Can't blame you on that one. I'd probably have done the same thing. I am kinda worried about trying to get an updated tune now.

In my opinion there's no excuse that business is too good and he's too busy. If that's the case then he should hire some help. There is just no excuse for inferior service. The best product in the world is no good if the company producing it does not stand behind it. I'm totally dissapointed.

Rest assured, exhaust work doesn't require retuning

you can try to call him but I'm guessing you might not get a hold of him to fast. Or you could call your cc company and file a dispute claiming there is a lack of communication and you would like to cancel the charge.

I sometimes question that, I installed shorty headers, high flow catted x, and a mid muffler system, then was on a dyno and was pretty lean on my Bama tune (Which was told needed no update) but my Tillman tune which was made with knowledge of the changes was dead on.

Oh and by the way I sent the dyno graph to Bama asking if he could richen it up some so I don't blow up my engine LOL, well that was a month ago and still no response. I've gotten to the point where I stopped recommending him, don't get me wrong his tunes are good when they are working and you can actually get one, but I've emailed a few times over the last few months and never heard back. Needless to say I run a Tillman tune now, I don't bash Bama but losing word of mouth advertisement adds up.

This is usually what happens before a company tanks IMO. The only folks I would trust and assure that Ill recieve a tune fast is with Brenspeed. A while back I ordered my CAI and had a tune in the same week. Whooping rice by the weekend. Any changes or follow ups were met with fast information and updates.
